The Havyard Group’s corporate management consists of group management and four divisions with independent companies in each division.
New corporate management structure for the Havyard Group:
Tor Leif Mongstad has resigned as General Manager at Havyard Leirvik and has, as a part of the strategy to increase focus on the product segment taken the position as Vice President for the Ship Equipment & Systems division.
Group CEO Geir Johan Bakke has taken the position as General Manager at Havyard Leirvik.
Bente Nesse is appointed new Yard Manager at Havyard Leirvik with responsibility for operation of the shipyard., In addition she continues in her position as Human Resources Director in Havyard Group.
Sigvar Giil has taken the position as Project Director at Havyard Leirvik with responsibility for the shipyard’s newbuilding contracts.
Kenneth Pettersen has, in addition to the position as COO in Havyard Group taken the position as Vice President for the Shipbuilding Technology division.
Ole Zahl is appointed new Vice President for the Global Sales Network division, in addition to his function as General Manager at Havyard International
